Having spent a day shadowing a customs agent at LAX airport, reporter Eve Diamond is shocked when a shooting at the airport leaves three people dead and a young toddler alone, and when the INS whisks the child into hiding, Diamond struggles to find out why.

When Frank Thorpe, a deeply moral former undercover operative, sees a hard-charging art dealer knock down a Latino child in LAX airport, he decides to teach him a lesson.
